1 Pint Container of APPLE wood chips for Cameron's Smokers. The original chips manufactured by CM International specifically for their stovetop smokers! Chemical free, and ground to a consistency that gently smolders when ignited. That is why a little bit goes a long way. Packed in reseal able one pint containers. 5 Quart container is the largest size and is available in the same resealable plastic container. ALDER Famous in the Pacific Northwest for smoking salmon, this mild wood is the chef's smoke of choice when looking to create a delicate smoky flavor. Excellent with all seafood and vegetables. APPLE The flavor is more complex than alder, yet it is still quite mild. Excellent for game, fish, and poultry. BOURBON SOAKED OAK Infuses gentle bourbon flavor. Great with ribs, brisket, and other red meats. Try some on your next venison smoked dish. CHERRY Creates a smoke that is rich and smooth. It's a killer with cornish game hens, duck breast, and for smoking vegetables. CORN COBB This is the heart of the corn cobb and it is processed into small granules. they are power packed with a slightly sweet robust flavor, and a little bit goes a long way.
